The practice welcomes and appreciates Feedback from its patients, this how we learn and develop.

Time to time you may asked to complete a short questionnaire on specific services offered by the practice and we appreciate your time and help.

If you have a Concern / suggestion or Compliment, please put it in writing and address it for the Practice Manager including as much detail as possible. ( we welcome correspondence handed in at the reception desk / sent in the post / sent via email, please ensure there are contact details included if you require a response)

The practice follows the NHS 'Putting it right' policy if you feel the need to make a formal complaint.
