How to make an appointment

The telephone line is open from 08:00 to 18:30 daily Monday - Friday
We kindly ask if patients would avoid ringing during the busy period between 8am-10am for Prescription queries / Test results / other routine issues.
- Same Day Urgent appointments are available for Children & Adult Patients that have Urgent / Acute symptoms - Monday - Friday.
- Same Day Urgent appointments request Patients are required to contact the practice before 11am on the day.
- Patients with acute presentations / symptoms will receive a triage telephone call and a suitable appointment / treatment / signpost will be allocated / advised following the Clinical Triage.
- ( The reception staff will ask for some brief details of your symptoms upon your initial request to be seen and you will receive a return Triage telephone call )
- The Reception staff / Care Navigator may sign post you to an Alternative service that may suit your symptoms/requirements better.
- If your condition is non-urgent / routine you can book to see a GP in advance.
- GP Appointments can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
- Tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an examination or a private room to discuss matters.
- Please Remember that test results can only be given to the patient.
- You can book to have a telephone consultation with a doctor for routine / non urgent matters up to 2 weeks in advance

You can also register to book Routine GP appointments and order repeat prescriptions online via NHS login - NHS Wales App (Your NHS number is required ) or (Please ask at Reception to register and bring a form of identification)

The following Routine appointments can all be made with approximately 3months in advance ,with :

Nurse, Phlebotomy, Mental Health practitioner, Physio, In house Pharmacist.
